Thanks!
Just before we start, I would like to reassure you that any information you provide us with will be treated as confidential, and we will always hold the information you give securely, and delete it when no longer needed. Neither your name, nor the name of your organisation will be revealed to our client.
We conduct all studies in accordance with the UK Market Research Society Code of Conduct and, if you no longer wish to take part in the research, you can tell your interviewer at any time, and we will stop our conversation.
Thank-you for the time you have taken to review this discussion – I will contact you about different projects in the future, if this is of interest to you?
Great!
On the day, please turn your webcam on if you think this would make the discussion more engaging - but this is not mandatory. You should just be aware that if you do, the image will be included in our internal recording—however we will only use this for internal analysis purposes.
SQ 15) Our client’s insight team at Kantar would like to observe some of the sessions in real time. The team would not be joining the conversation between you and your moderator, but they will be able to hear what you say and follow the screen on which you will be testing a website. If you choose to turn on your webcam they would also be able to see you but, apart from your first name, they will not receive any other personal details such as the name of the company you work for.
This observation is just to allow our client’s team to hear feedback first-hand, and should help them analyse your feedback more effectively.
SQ 16) Thank you for the time you have taken to answer these screening questions - we will be interviewing during w/c 17th or w/c 24th April - could you advise of two or three suitable interview times, so that we can speak for up to 90 minutes when it’s mutually convenient.*
SQ 17) Thank-you - I would be grateful if you could confirm a few final details:
