In order to ensure a prompt start time to your group, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes in advance. The group’s moderator will ask you a few quick questions once you arrive to get to know you a bit and will also discuss the Mobile Workstations being used by your organization in advance of the group itself.

Signed NDAs will be required from all participants before the session, but these can be signed upon arrival at the facility.
