We will always hold the information you give us securely, and delete it once no longer needed.

As mentioned, our client would like to use the outputs of this research as part of a report on the importance of brands for businesses and customers, and the damage that marketing restrictions can cause to brands. As part of this, they are hoping to use attributable quotes, and to name individuals (with your permission, if you are selected).
To facilitate this, the full interview would be recorded in order to produce a transcript of the discussion, and quotes would then be selected from different interviews to feature in the report – you would be given an opportunity to review and approve any quotes selected from your interviews prior to publication.
The interviews will be conducted by senior employees of our client’s team, an international consultancy and research firm. Recordings or transcripts of these interviews will not be shared with anyone else. The recordings will be retained for 12 months and then deleted securely.
