This project is being led by Ipsos MORI in the UK and, if you are happy to take part, I shall be providing you with a consent form, and a copy of our privacy policy where you will need sign and agree to the following:
- My name, email and phone number to be collected for logistical reason so I can join the research
- My employment status, job title and roles & responsibilities to be collected for quota purposes to recruit a good representation of the population
- Quotes of things I have said during the online interview may be used (in written form) in a research report alongside my job title and other screening information which will not be traceable back to me individually
- My face to be video and audio recorded as part of the fieldwork for internal research purposes through a private and secure video transfer platform
- Photographs and film footage will be held on Ipsos MORI’s or its sub-contractor’s systems located in the UK. We may also store the photographs and film footage on our, or sub-contractors’, systems that may be hosted outside of the European Economic Area. Recorded data will be transferred from where it was recorded to Ipsos MORI in the UK. All recorded and collected footage and data will be encrypted during transfer and will be held securely in line with the project privacy notice
- All video footage will be securely deleted 1 year after the end of this project by Ipsos MORI and all other personal data collected by Ipsos MORI shall be securely deleted 2 months after the end of the project
