Thank-you. We would like to consider inviting you to participate in this study for a 60-minute one-on-one online interview via Zoom where we are offering payment to people who take part as a token of our appreciation. This is certainly not a sales call, and no one will try to sell you anything following your discussion - this is strictly a research study that focuses on your experiences when handling customer payments in the UK and internationally.

Participation in this study will require you to use a laptop or desktop computer with an internet connection to connect to a Zoom online meeting with audio available through the computer. You must use a PC or laptop to participate, but this interview will not work if you try to use a phone, tablet, Google Chrome or Windows Surface. If you agree to take part and our client accepts, I will be sending you an email that includes the Zoom link and login information for your remote interview.

Thank you for your help and for your willingness to take part in our market research project with business sellers. The research involves taking part in a 1 hour online interview via Zoom with a moderator, and it will be conducted within Data Protection Regulations. You will receive £350 as a token of our appreciation for your time and help. The answers you give will form part of a confidential market research study and the results will be used solely for the purposes of this study. Personal information obtained during the course of this project will be kept for no longer than 12 months after the session.
